Do you charge a fee to recommend a lender?

No. For most clients we're paid by the lender on completion, so our recommendations are free. Any fee that does apply will always be agreed with you in writing before any application is submitted.

How do you choose which lender is right for me?

We match your circumstances — income, deposit, credit history, property type — to each lender's criteria and current rate book, then recommend the one most likely to approve you at the best overall cost.

Can I use you to switch lenders at remortgage?

Yes. Whether you stay with your current lender (a product transfer) or move to a new one (a remortgage), we'll compare both and show you the cheaper option over the full deal period.
