Buying or remortgaging shouldn't feel like a leap into the unknown. Here's exactly what happens when you work with us — from your first call right through to the day you collect the keys.
1. Free initial chat
A no-obligation call (or WhatsApp message) to understand what you're hoping to achieve. We'll explain how we work and answer any early questions — no pressure, no jargon.
2. Fact find
We gather the details we need — income, outgoings, deposit, plans for the property — so we can match you to the right lenders. Most clients complete this in around 30 minutes.
3. Whole-of-market research
We compare deals across 90+ lenders through the Primis Mortgage Network, including products you can't get directly from the high street. We present you with a shortlist and explain the trade-offs in plain English.
4. Application & underwriting
Once you choose a deal, we package the application, liaise with the lender's underwriters and chase progress on your behalf. You'll get clear updates at every stage.
5. Offer & completion
We coordinate with your solicitor and the lender all the way through to completion — making sure nothing slips through the cracks ahead of your move-in day.
6. Ongoing reviews
We diary your fixed-rate end date and get in touch around six months before to start the remortgage conversation — so you never roll onto an expensive standard variable rate.
